- Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for manufacturing or procurement.
- Custom Orders: Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.
- Stock Items: Standard stock items can be cancelled before dispatch.

3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:

- Customer-Initiated Returns: Customer bears the return shipping costs
- Free Returns: Available for orders above ₹10,000 (defective products only)
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or return:
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Consumable items (seals, gaskets, etc.) that have been used
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products without original packaging or documentation
- Products damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
- UPI: 1-2 business days
- Cheque: 7-10 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
7. Quality Assurance
Go9 is committed to providing high-quality products. All products undergo quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a defective product, we will:
- Provide a replacement at no additional cost
- Process a full refund if replacement is not available
- Cover all associated costs for defective products
